• Impaired Waters Guidance and Policy
  The State Water Board approved the TMDL Guidance and the Water Quality Control Policy for Addressing Impaired Waters: Regulatory Structure and Options (TMDL Policy) by resolution 2005-0050 on June 16, 2005. The TMDL Policy was approved by the Office of Administrative Law on April 10, 2006. (updated 5/3/06)
